Government of Punjab starts Prime Minister Health card Program in different districts of Punjab. The sehat card online registration has been started; the low income families can take benefits from this scheme that is working under Punjab health initiative Management Company and Prime Minister Health Programme. for sehat card activation the applicant can call to helpline number for Punjab and KPK Candidates.

This program starts from January 2016 and in first phase government starts providing Health Cards to four districts Rahim yar Khan, Narowal, Khanewal and Sargodha and in these cities more than 80 thousand poor families are taking benefits from this PM National Health card, now year 2019-2020 government of Punjab taking other steps to provide health cards in other districts of Punjab to provide good health facilities to poor and needy families of Punjab.

  Check your Eligibility

SMS your National Identity Card number to 8500, to check your eligibility in the program.

Get your Pakistan Sehat Card

In case you have been declared eligible, you can receive your Pakistan Sehat card from the card distribution center developed in your district.

Gather Information and Documents required

Determine the empaneled hospitals for Prime Minister National Health Program.

Take the following documents when you visit the empanelled Government/ Private hospital.

Use your Pakistan Sehat Card to get treatment

After reaching the empaneled hospital you may approach the dedicated PMNHP representative counter for further assistance.The PMNHP staff shall verify your Pakistan Sehat card, and will guide you to the relevant hospital department for the treatment.

After reaching the empaneled hospital you may approach the dedicated SSP representative counter for further assistance.The SSP staff shall verify your Sehat Insaf card, and will guide you to the relevant hospital department for the treatment.

  1. Get the treatment free of cost:

The cost of treatment after the patient has been admitted in the hospital shall be charged from the Sehat Insaf card.
