The training program is design to recruit, train and develop fresh youth graduates talented individuals who are confident of pursuing a rewarding career in banking sector.
The selected candidates will be post different posts like customer services, as well as cash receipts and cash payments, utility bills collection and other banking related work.
Age limit of applicant:
The applicant not more than 25 years old as on 31 January 2018
The applicant minimum 14 years of education from higher education commission HEC recognized institute or university. Fresh graduates, candidates possessing the final transcript / marksheet are eligible to apply.
The applicant must be positive attitude, empathetic, service oriented, extrovert with good communication skills and technical knowledge of computer and Microsoft office MS Excel and MS Word.

All eligible candidates will undergo initial screening followed by shortlisted of candidates for final interview.
The selected candidates will appointed as trainee tellers in junior officer graduate monthly gross salary of these selected candidates will of Rs. 18000/- per month and this training program will be remain six months’ probation.
During this period an extensive 3 months on the job and classroom training will be provided to the batch entailing all areas of cash function.
Upon successful candidates after 6 month trainee program the probationary period final assessment will be conducted and those who are successful will be confirmed in the bank and awarded a Rs. 2000/- flat increment.
Finally selected candidates will be required to executive a three year minimum server agreement worth Rs. 100,000/- applicable from the date of joining. The bank will reserve its right to transfer the officers to any of the branches within Pakistan.
