HBL is looking to hire Manager Talent Acquisition to manage and monitor the recruitment process and needs of the assigned portfolio and process all the hiring cases as per policies and procedures of the bank.

• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies / process operating instructions (POI)
• Recruitment activities, involving job posting, shortlisting, testing, interview scheduling and negotiating with candidates, to fulfill vacant slots for assigned regions and functions.
• Liaise with business functions to analyze hiring need and maintain a constant talent pipeline for the assigned portfolio through constant search and selection of online applications.
• Update internal clients weekly on recruitment status
• Interviewing candidates and assessing suitability as per job requirements
• Demonstrate team player abilities and skills.
• Support new projects and initiatives.
Minimum Experience: Up to 5 years’ experience preferably in recruitment function of banking sector
