BARRICK Pakistan International Graduate Development Program 2024
Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC), part of the Barrick Gold Corporation, believes in investing in our future workforce. We are pleased to announce that we are recruiting for this year’s Reko Diq International Graduate Development Program (IGDP).
The RDMC IGDP is a structured two-year program that will offer ten promising and highly motivated Pakistan graduates, the opportunity to join our team and work on an international assignment.
All applications must be submitted by Friday 12th May 2024.
The program is designed to provide recent Pakistani graduates the opportunity to develop their skills, while the Reko Diq Feasibility is advanced, and then return to Pakistan at the end of the program to work on the Reko Diq Project.
BARRICK Pakistan are encouraging highly motivated graduates, qualified in following degree programs:
mechanical
electrical
civil engineering
geology
disciplines who are either graduating this July or have graduated since 2024, to apply for the positions.
Candidates from Balochistan are highly encouraged to apply.
The IGDP will carefully select candidates based on a number of criteria, having gone through a fair and robust screening and selection process.
