NRSP microfinance bank limited offering opportunities for successful graduates to get Management trainee program under their supervision.
According to requirements of bank, NRSP invites applications from young graduates to join MTOs Program, after successful MTOs program, bank will be hire the successful candidates in different fields of banking sector to fulfil their requirements.
NRSP Bank give the responsibility to National testing service NTS for taking basic entry tests. The interested candidates can submit their application form though NTS system.
Eligibility criteria:
Maximum age limit of candidate should be 28 years till today 10-10-2021
Graduate or master higher degree in any discipline 1st division from reputable institution or universities.

The candidates who have fulfilled above basic requirements can be submit their application form though NTS for appearing written test by nts.org.pk.
Application form can be download from nts.org.pk and deposit test fee of Rs. 425/- after than send documents with deposit slip to headquarter 1-E Street, 46, sector I 8/2 Islamabad.
The selected candidates shall attend a formal and structured training program consisting of combination of classroom and on the job training, before candidates are placed for their respective roles.
