GC university faisalabad announced vacancies for professors

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following position in the Department of Environmental Sciences, under HEC funded project No. PM-IPFP/HRD/HEC/2012/3531, titled “Ambient air ozone pollution impacts on the yield and quality of wheat, maize and peas at two sites of Faisalabad” with the following terms and conditions.


Post name: Research Fellow

Honorarium: Rs. 8,000/- per month (Consolidated)

Qualification: M.Sc/M.Phil Environmental or related sciences/engineering

Experience: Candidate having good working experience related to the weather data collection, plant physiological analyses and report writing will be preferred. Duties and responsibilities include working in both field and lab including plants growing, exposing them to environmental stresses and recording physiological and yield data, preparing project report, writing new proposals and manuscript writing.

Project information: The project duration is 8 month. The above position is purely on temporary basis and initially for 5 months. The incumbent will be required to sign a bond for entire duration of the project.
