- Application forms can be downloaded online www.duhs.edu.pk and should be sent only through courier on the postal address given below.
- Every application must carry a pay order of RS.1500/- (Non-refundable) in favor of Dow university of Health sciences.
- Last date for submission of application form is 24 April 2019.
- Applications submitted directly to the office of the registrar will not be considered.
