Eligibility Criteria:
FSC Pre Medical Pass candidates or equivalent qualification with minimum 60% marks.Candidates of O & A Level or equivalent qualification must get equivalence
certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Islamabad.
All Provincial / Regional entry test (NUMS, UHS, ETEA, AJK, Sindh, and Balochistan) will be accepted.
For foreign quota seats, SAT – II (with minimum score of 550 in each subject of Biology, Chemistry and Physics / Mathematics) will also be accepted.
for foreign candidates: IBCC equivalence pre medical in FSC with minimum 60 percent marks. the entry test for regional / provincial candidates, its mandatory, a alternative to entry test for expatriate / foreign students is provision of SAT-II Examination score with minimum 550 marks in each subject example biology, chemistry, Mathematics or MCAT result with minimum aggregate score of 24. valid TOEFL or IELTS with a score of 500 or 5.5 if it the medium of instructions of study two years prior to application is not English.

The Admission application can also be send by courier post, however candidates are advised in their own interest to submit application by hand or by courier to the university address from time 0900 to 1400 hours daily except saturday and sunday.
Foundation University Islamabad provides separate hostel facility for girls and boys within college premises on first come first serve basis.
