4. PA to Director:
Minimum qualification: bachelor/ Master degree from recognized an organization
Gender: Male
Experience: minimum 2 years’ experience of relevant field
Job description:
Day to day diary management managing all form of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, email, faxes etc.)
Travel arrangement
Assisting in the presentation and minutes taking
Other tradition PA duties as required
Requirements:
Short hand knowledge shall be desirable
Possess a can-do attitude and be pro-active in seeking solution
Ability to work autonomously
