The chosen applicants are urged to go to the relevant Department during business hours and are needed to present the following papers in their original forms, as well as three sets of photocopies that have been authenticated, when the Fee Challan is issued.
Application form with original paid admission processing Fee Challan
- All academic documents
- Domicile Certificate
- CNIC/B Form
- Three recent passport size photos with blue background
- Equivalence Certificates (if required)
- Character Certificate
- Any other relevant supporting documents
Please clip all the above documents and enclose it in a white file for morning admission and a brown file for evening admission.
A fee challan will not be issued under any circumstances without the production or showing of original documents
A copy of the deposited fee challan must be sent to the relevant Department for admission confirmation after the fee/dues have been paid.
If a student requests to withdraw from admission after paying the fee or dues, the fee or dues will be reimbursed in accordance with HEC’s refund policy.
