| A | Scale of Pay | RS.1,10000-16,500-176000 |
| B | Accomodation | Free house up to a rental ceiling of RS.66000/-per month |
| C | Utilities bills (5%) | RS.5500/- per month |
| D | Leave | As per government rule |
| E | Transport | Free 1300-cc Chauffer-driven car for official and private use. Consumption not to exceed 270 liters of pertrol per month. Monetized Value of MP-II scale i.e 77,430/- shall be admissible in lieu of present transport facility. |
| F | TA/DA on domestic Officail tour | As admissible to the civil servants of the BPS-21 |
| G | TA/DA on official duty abroad | As admissible to the civil servants of the BPS-21 |
| H | Medical facility | Reimbursement of medical and hospitalization charges for self, suppose and children for treatment received at government or Government recongnized institution in Pakistan. |

| ii. | Termination of contract | On one month notice on either side payment on one months pay in lieu thereof. |
