HBL is looking to hire Program Manager to collaborate with HR leaders and colleagues to plan and manage the different talent management programs/activities for the bank.
Job Details:
• Diversity and Inclusion strategy, initiatives and programs, including the implementation of a long-term strategic plan
• Develop the Trainee Programs as per the different talent development need in the bank
• Work on building HBL as Employer of Choice
• Work on the effectiveness and integration of Talent Management projects
• Develop metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate diversity initiatives
Minimum Experience: 2 – 5 years
Location: Karachi
