Buy prospectus from Askari Bank GT Road Kharian Branch, anyone can get it.
Fill the application form. (Student and father/guardian signatures mandatory)
Paste size front attested photograph on form.
Attach the required documents (list below) and submit the form at the same Askari bank kharian branch.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
passport size pictures (attested at the back)
(size) pictures (attested at the back)
attested CNIC / FRC (Form ‘B’) of applicant
attested copy of father’s / guardian’s CNIC
attested copy of Matric / equivalent IBCC certificate
attested copy of Fsc / equivalent IBCC certificate
attested copy of domicile
copy of each entry test result card (NUMS / all provincial entry tests for local, SAT-II / MDCAT for foreign)
Notorized declaration on Rs.100 stamp paper.

Bank will stay open 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday, and admission will close on Monday at 3pm. So you can but the prospectus and submit it.
