We have 20 flatlock, 33 overlock, 75 Juki, 2 button machines, 2 cutters, 12 Presses which gives us a daily production of 4,000 pieces. Under the dynamic leadership of Khawaja Nadeem Ahmad (CEO), ANNS Textiles has managed to grow from a turnover of Rs. 23 Million in 1997-98 to Rs. 53 million in 1998-99. Whereas we have achieved Rs. 65 Million Sales in merely six months ending as on December 31, 1999.

THIS IS FURTHER TO OUR MEETING AT YOUR OFFICE ON THURSDAY DATED 28-03-02 IN WHICH FOLLOWING TERM AND CONDITIONS WERE DECIDED.
1- YOU WILL RECEIVE REBATE CHEQUES WITH IN 25 –30 DAYS FROM GROUP SR4 DATE (THE DATE IN WHICH CASE WAS SUBMITTED WITH THE CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES.) WITH THE CONDITION THAT PAYMENTS ARE BEING MADE BY GOVT. OF PAKISTAN ON REGULAR BASIS.
2- WE WILL SUBMIT YOU A WRITTEN COPY OF REBATE STATUS ON HALF MOTHLY BASIS.
3- A COMMISSION OF 2% SHALL BE CHARGED ON REBATE CHEQUES.
4- MINIMUM CHARGES PER CASE (PER SR 4) WILL BE RS. 300/= ONLY.
5- IT IS ALWAYS SHIPPER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE COMPLETE SET OF DOCUMENTS WITH 100% ACCURACY. IN CASE OF ANY OBJECTION FROM CUSTOM THE DELAY SHALL BE FROM YOUR END. VITAL FREIGHT SHALL CHECK THE ACCURACY OF THE DOCUMENTS BEFORE SUBMISSION TO CUSTOMS. IN CASE OF ANY DISCREPANCY NECESSARY CORRECTIONS SHALL BE MADE.
6- LAB TEST CHARGES RS. 200/= SHALL BE CHARGED IN CASE OF LAB TEST REPORT (SUBJECT TO CUSTOM REQUIREMENT.). PROPER PROOF FOR THIS EXPENSE SHALL BE PROVIDED.
7- AFTER RECEIVING OF REBATE CHEQUE, COMMISSION BILL SHALL BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS WITHOUT ANY PREJUDICE.
