Al Karam Studio currently looking for a Branch Manager to be responsible for the overall store management of Alkaram Studio. Candidate must be able to:
• Execute, lead and oversight all facets of Fashion store operations including: hiring, training, supervising, developing and motivating of direct reports, supervisors, and team members; preparing and executing branch operating plans; guiding sale related activities; maintaining a high-level of customer service throughout the branch.
• Delivering on General Merchandise expectations; demonstrating expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics systems and strategies; and completing other necessary store activities as needed.
• Manage store financial plan through driving sales, managing expenses and developing plans for increased profitability. Ensure all operational standards are achieved.
