The Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2025—now known as the Benazir Undergraduate Scholarship is a ship master approach by the Government of Pakistan and the Higher Education Commission (HEC) aimed at offering financial aid to merit able students from lower class families proceeding undergraduate studies in public sector universities.

- Coverage: Full tuition fees and a monthly stipend of PKR 4,000–8,000.
- Duration: Covers the entire duration of the undergraduate program (4–5 years).
- Quota Allocation:
- 50% reserved for female students.
- 2% reserved for students with disabilities.
- 5% reserved for minority students.
- Participating Institutions: 135 HEC-recognized public sector universities across Pakistan

Scholarship Opportunity for the deserving Students!
Govt. of Pakistan has announced the Ehsaas Scholarship Program for needy as well as from remote and disadvantaged areas Students, currently enrolled or have secured admission on Merit in an Undergraduate Program at Public Sector Higher Education Institutions.
50% Scholarships are reserved for Female Students. This Scholarship will cover the Tuition Fee and Stipend.
Students from the Affiliated Colleges of Punjab University don’t have need to submit the form at University. They may precede their case from the concerned Colleges to HEC directly.

Ehsaas Scholarship 2025 Program for Undergraduate Students
Ehsaas Scholarship Program for undergraduate students starts taking online scholarship application forms through higher education commission HEC official website. Prime minister Imran Khan launched Ehsaas Scholarship program for needy and talent students to study in intermediate and graduate. Government of Pakistan will bear college / university fees and monthly scholarship amount will be transfer to selected students account.
This scholarship program is most budgeted scholarship scheme in Pakistani history. Male and female students can take benefit.
Eligibility Criteria:
Low income students, who cannot afford college / university fees and they have admitted to any government college or university on merit basis are eligible to apply for Ehsaas Scholarship Program.
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Be enrolled in a 4 or 5-year undergraduate program at an HEC-recognized public sector university.
- Have secured admission on merit (i.e., fulfilled the admission criteria of the respective university).
- Belong to a low-income family with a declared monthly income of PKR 45,000 or less.
- Not be receiving any other scholarship or grant.
- Not be enrolled in self-finance, self-support, or evening programs.
- Not be enrolled in distance learning programs
How to submit Scholarship Application form:
50 percent quota is for female students: male and female students can apply online through following ehsaas.hec.gov.pk
Online Application: Apply through the official HEC portal: ehsaas.hec.gov.pk.Document Submission: After online submission, print the application form and submit it along with the required documents to the Financial Aid Office of your university.Required Documents:
- CNIC/B-Form of the applicant and parents/guardians.
- Income certificate.
- Utility bills (electricity, gas, etc.).
- Rent agreement (if applicable).
- Academic transcripts and admission letter.
- Recent passport-sized photograph.

No any scholarship application will be accepted through direct BISP and HEC office.

Minimum 50,000 scholarship amount yearly
The students from villages and undeveloped areas will be given preference.

this is real injustice that deserving students don t get scolarships but the students from well off family got it easily…….university will recomend only those students who have some sort of connections but who the hell cares only poor students cant complete their studies bcz they cant pay the fee
