Minhaj University Lahore Starts PhD Program in Urdu, Political science, and economics after successful program of M.Phil. Higher education commission said about admissions in PhD Program that M.Phil must be passed with 4.0 CGPA or 3.0 CGPA with GAT Subject passed.
