Master in HR or MBA From HEC recognized university with minimum 15 years experience in large industries organization / corporate sector as head of department.
Deputy General Manager Industrial Engineering
Bachelor/Master in Industrial Engineering from recognized institute. Minimum 10 years experience across the breath of industrial engineering functions including Manpower, Material, Machines and Operations Planning in the said Department.
Sr.Managers Human Resources:
Master in HR of MBA from HEC recognized University. Minimum 8 years experience in large scale industrial organization as head of section. This position is responsible for implementation of policies and procedures, Recruitment, Compensation, Training and development will be part of basic eligibility criteria.
Age Limit: 35 years
