Job Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing business strategies and marketing programs and will be involved in all aspects of marketing, including: planning; advertising; promotion; public/media relations; sponsorship and research.
Reports To: Chief Executive, Beaconhouse School System
Qualification: MBA with specialization in Marketing
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in a good corporation in Pakistan or abroad in their marketing department.
To serve as an ambassador for the Company’s dynamic vision by liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, eg target market and media
To develop integrated marketing plans for Beaconhouse schools outside Pakistan
To maintain and build contacts with the media
To manage the production of marketing collateral, including prospectuses, leaflets, posters, flyers, calendars, etc.
To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials
To maintain and update mailing databases
To organize and attend events and exhibitions
To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
To evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
To monitor competitor activity
